Guarantee and Contract

Guarantee

Most clients become a happy non-smoker after just one Easyway session , but the fee you have paid allows you to attend the shorter second and third sessions, if you want to, within three months of attending the previous session.

If, despite attending all three sessions, you start smoking within three calendar months of attending the first session, you can claim a full refund and your word will be taken on trust, provided:

• You have completed the full Easyway programme.
• You do not cancel, postpone or fail to attend any of the first three sessions without 3 days notice, or arrive over 15 minutes late, or leave early.
• You send a signed claim within the guarantee period by recorded delivery, to Easyway, 2 The Mulberries, Avon Silk Mills, Malmesbury SN16 9LP, stating that you are smoking, and have no intention of stopping smoking through using the Easyway method.

Should you stop smoking for 3 months or longer but start again at a later date, you may attend a back up session on payment of half the standard fee. However, if you wish to attend the first session again, the standard fee will be payable and the guarantee will again apply.

This is a generous guarantee based on trust, so for your part we would request you to be genuine in your desire to stop smoking and to comply with your side of the agreement.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of the first session with at least three days notice, no cancellation fee is charged and a full refund or transfer is available.

If cancellation of the first session is made with less than 3 days notice, or in the event of non-attendance without notification, the booking cannot be transferred, and the full fee will be charged. Someone else can attend the booked session as a substitute for no extra charge and no notice of substitution is required.
