RRP Terms & Conditions

The Easyway Manchester & Yorkshire Referral Reward Programme

1. A reward account will be opened for you automatically on receipt of an email from you with “ENROL” in the subject line and your postal address in the main body of the email. Enrolment is open only to previous clients of Easyway Manchester & Yorkshire, Easyway Liverpool, or Easyway Lancashire.

2. When your account is opened, you will be sent a unique RRP Code. This code can be shared with as many people as you wish. When a new client quotes your unique code at the time of booking, s/he will be given a discount at the current RRP rate notified to you on enrolment, and your RRP Account will be credited with 100 RRP Points once the new client has attended. 

3. Points will be rewarded at the rate of 100 points for each person referred and attending the programme. Referrals of groups or corporate clients will be rewarded at the rate of 100 points for each individual client attending the programme.

4. If you have any queries relating to your rewards then you can call the rewards helpline on 0800 804 6796.

5. Your Reward Points balance will be notified to you every time it changes, and upon request within 7 days.

6. EASYWAY reserve the right to change the rewards programme.

7. EASYWAY reserve the right to change the list of gifts available.

9. The minimum gift value is 100 points.

10. All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.

11. Order values of 300 points or lower will be sent via standard post.

12. Order values of 400-900 points will be sent recorded post.

13. All other order values will be sent registered post or by courier.
