I can't believe how much Sunday's course has turned around my thinking about smoking - I haven't had any cigarettes and when I've thought about it, the idea that I would just be feeding the addiction and starting off the whole cycle again is enough to put me right off. And the realisation that I get nothing out of it - other than staving off withdrawal symptoms - is sobering! It is so different thinking of the addiction this way - usually when I give up I miss my treats, now I see them as pointless ways to get me hooked again - and I have had 39 years of that - enough is enough! Thank you so much, I thought you did an excellent job running the course - you were absolutely brilliant - interesting, infomative, relevant, in control of the whole thing. I am so glad I came I went to Manchester in Feb 2004. I have never even thought of wanting a cigarette since. Seeing people stand outside offices and factories is very weird and sad. I quit after reading Allen Carr's book about 15 years ago., It was the one of the happiest days of my life and I don't think I have come down off that high since, seriously, it totally changed my life in so many ways. Recently I sent my husband to your clinic because he was an on/off smoker who would proudly tell me "I've quit loads of times it is easy...", to which I'd always say "You have never quit." He would smoke on and off and say he was always jealous whenever he saw other people lighting up. Well after the clinic he is like a new man! His whole attitude has been freed up, he has finally completely stopped and he says he will never smoke again. I am so pleased, thank you so much! With Love and gratitude, Hi, I attended an Easyway session in Manchester on 14 April last year......and I haven't smoked since...and neither have I had any desire to! Amazingly I didn't feel any withdrawal symptoms and neither did I get the intense irritation on days 3-4 that always followed my previous attempts to give up with NRT. This time the whole thing was a breeze! And one thing I thought I'd really miss after quitting was going outside with my colleagues for a fag at regular intervals throughout the day. We still go outside for a fag break, it's just that I don't smoke with them any more. I don't quite know how you did it but it was the best £220 I've spent! Thanks again! Please could you pass on my sincere thanks – I’ve not even thought about having a cigarette and the first 48 hours have been so easy. I find it difficult at times to keep the smile of my face. My little nicotine monster hasn’t had the guts to even whimper. I am so grateful, you all should be so proud of what you do. It has only been a few days but I truly believe the method has cured me. Anybody who asks how I'm doing I tell them about the method I used and hopefully when the time is right for them they will give it a try.
